Does anyone use one ? Are they helpful, I'm getting terrible wrist pains. Any specific ones that are really good? I can shell out the cash.

Thanks

I have a cheap ergonomic Microsoft keyboard. With my old (non-ergonomic) keyboard, my wrists would always hurt at the end of the day, but since I started using the ergonomic one, my wrists have not hurt once.

I'm no expert on keyboards/ergonomics, but I think you should probably get a better keyboard than what I have if your wrists are very painful (maybe one with a wrist pad, like aran said).

I use this with my PC. But I would recommend this one if you wish to save yourself about $50.

Also, for every hour on the computer try taking a 5-15 minutes break and rest your hands/wrists.

p.s. Ice down your wrists for the next few days as it will help with inflammation and reduce the pain.

I will check it out, my wrist's hurt VERY Little, but I want to eliminate the problem before it gets worse, and I know that spending all the time I spend on the computer wont help the matter.

Yeah, I'm going to look at those too, and thanks for the tip. :)
