Actually, it'd be a great way to program on-the-go. Obviously, you will (most likely) not be able to have it run. But as an IDE, it'd be great!
I've thought about writing scripts while bored sometimes… 0_o

XForwarding is for n00bz!!
^_^
Would be cool to run on phones though, if the phones CPU could even support it. Maybe in a few years.

I think 600 Mhz is enough. SCAR used to run on 450 Mhz + Runescape. (But that was 2.03…)

Would be useful for coding on the go perhaps? Maybe design a gui script manager for a phone that you can communicate with your home pc.
Wonder how long till' RS can run on phones..

But wouldn't all the ASM hacks in PS make it uncompilable for non-x86 architectures?
(…Or do I have no idea what I'm talking about? :p)

Most HTC phones have a 528Mhz+ cpu now. I see a future for this here.

Every HTC phone coming out now has a 1GHz snapdragon except the Legend. It has a 600MHz processor.

It actually seems to work on ARM, as far as I have understood… Better than at x86 Linux anyway… :p

What if we could make it so we can see the debug on the script(s) we are running at home?

So many people already spend so much damn time on their phones, what if you managed to make an app to stream video of what your autoers chat screen looks like, with the ability to send text messages to scar to type into the game ? :)

that would be great, but it would also generate a massive amount of traffic.. maybe better to start with text(chat)?

If you can, Simba will work on it. I just tested it in the debian chroot on my phone. I guess it should be possible for Android too.

Remember, the only thing Android has in common with anything like Maemo is that it's using a Linux kernel, there's no X11 so porting it might be a pain.

WOW, this would be awesome! It would be great to write down ideas 'on-the-run' when you don't have a computer with you!
