are the hooks broken?

They've been for ages.

RuneScape is at revision 606 now (I believe), and the fields in Hooks.simba are from 604. They're out-of-date right now, so you'll have to wait for them to be updated.

And yes, we're aware and we're working on it. Ben has the hooks we need for TileToMS and TileToMM on his updater, and I'm working on the rest. Give us two days tops before I upload a new set. Maybe tonight, idk.
