Imo, all java applications are open source. Whether we decompile it into a readable source using JD-GUI, DJ-Java, or just look at its bytecode, people will be able to see what it does. Although not everyone can read bytecode (Although its fairly easy once you know what each thing does.)
And this community doesn't want to be like rsbot. Rsbot is like the worst runescape community out. Everybody flames and are retards. It's better to have a semi-active community with intelligent members and little to no flaming, then a massive community like rsbot and their idiotic members.
In that sense, you could say C, C++, Delphi, etc. are open source too because they compile to an assembly language. True, though, bytecode is much easier to understand, view, and edit.
However, you're so right when it comes to criticizing RSBot. It is the WORST community ever with people talking out of their asses and HOLY SHIT I would never go back, ever. It is almost as bad as RSCA…
