im making a script that will bring up each and every grandexchange graph. i have everything thought out except the list of item names. :P. could anyone help with a scipt that would create a list of every tradeably item in rs?

I took out the item name and it still works, no need to know item names as far as I know, but then again, I'm not positive that you need it for the reason I showed that you don't, so I may be assuming that you need item names for the same reason.

At almost 15600 items, it would take you forever to update each graph everyday. Are you making a merchant script? If so your best bet would be to focus on some items, and it would be even faster if you just had your script parse the items cost everyday since integers are much easier (and faster) to work with than images.

!!!.lol, no. im gonna have 2 main parts of my script. first checks to see if that particular item is worth ever checking again or if it should check again in how long. it assaigns the time to recheck based on how straight the line is. all i will say :\ sorry. pm me if you want to know more about it or if you want to try the script yourself. the reason i will NOT release is because it would be severely abused. that i think could ruin the merching for everyone. trust me though. this script is ingenious ;)

it will go through every object but those in a blacklist. i doubt that i will use blacklist though because too many items are static. ill run the script at my school which i often get 5 mbits per second download speed.http://pastebin.com/fhSzqkm2

ok, i made a program in visual basic to trim your big list into a big list of id numbers

its not working :[. could someone make a scar script wich did it? scar is way less complicated than vb.net and i would do it if i could get it to work with a text file :\

there is a richtextbox and textbox on the form. when i paste the list into the richtextbox nothing happens, that is good. now when i click inside the richtextbox with the list already pasted it goes to work. it comes up with an index out of range error for every single line. so basicly every time that richtextbox line it throws the exception. i changed the index from 0 to 1 and still fail :[

:D with sorting. nice. more help than I could have hoped for :P. i made a script that made that long list into an array, though a hefty one… :P. now i just need to get the bmps of the scale 2 graphs and i finished it. i know that much of the code though :P

There gifs not bmps lol i had problems with my script at that point…

Ive updated the script ill post it soon.. (Wizzup added a function to Simba that helps a lot)
