Forgiveness of a chaos dwarf, I did it a very long time ago, so I don't perfectly remember it, but I am pretty sure that I did not die once, nor was it hard to stay alive. I also have done Dealing with Scabaras, I don't think it was hard either, I think you might have to fight a big cockroach though if it's the quest I'm thinking of, but it's easy if you gas it out first. Those are the only two quests I see that I know I have done and think you can do without problem.
EDIT: Dealing with scabaras, you have to fight a skeleton for notes, and a level 206 scabara, but when you fight the scabara, it's inside this place, and the scabara is in one of three rooms, each three rooms you can make easier, just make the fight the one that gets the most easy since you pick which you want to become easier by giving the rooms pressure or something like that. I killed the scabara first try.
As for the Chaos Dwarf quest, there's a level 100 chaos dwarf you fight, and a second level 100 you fight that has a hand cannon but you can just run from the second. I quickly read through quest guides for both, if I missed any fights then sorry. But both should be as easy as I thought after quickly skimming a quest guide.

no problem, I used to love questing back when I played, was going for a quest cape, rarely play anymore, other then the past two days I haven't done a quest in probably months. (The other day did Spirit of Summer, next day did Buyers and Cellars and The Blood Pact)
And I guess so but the highest FM you need is only 61, the chaos dwarf quest requires the highest FM leve. (Quest requirements by skill: http://services.runescape.com/m=forum/forums.ws?20,21,432,60723163). And from Dealing With Scabaras that you get an enchanted water tiara, it lets you drink water out of it as long as it has charges. Max charges is unlimited and you charge it by using water runes on it. Makes powermining granite awesome :p.
