This is a practice exam for the calculus course at the university I've applied.
I will attempt some question tomorrow!

These aren't hard… If you take the course.
The limit ones are crazy :(.the integral is just split the thing from b to a -> -(0 to b) and 0 to a.

The limits are merely applications of l'Hospital's rule, one is a Renault sum, then logarithm rules simplify easily..
Wow.. I need to use my brain more…
do you mean riemann sum? or something else?

I mean what the integral sign technically stands for ;)

The area under a curve??
Riemann sums approximate that value, but I can't find anything on a 'Renault sum'..

That would be the sum of X vehicles… Might be useful for practical mathematics!

yeah, thought I had specified that his name was correct unlike mine.

This example is very useful for basic level students. They can easily learn that calculus and also they can get benefit from them.

Gravedig, thus closed.
1a ln(0) is undefined
1b (x-1) = 0 for x=1, you can't divide by 0
1c see above, can't divide by 0
1d infinite sums are hard to do
(cbf to do the rest ;))
