Looks very slick and simple, very nice in my opinion. The only thing I do not really like is how you have really small patches of the green and red. The blue and yellow caught my attention immediately.

I agree, I should make it better by making colors ONLY on the shards or something.

Text is horrible in general, don't like the effects or the font. I don't get why you've painted black over it either. Looks a lot worse with it.
Otherwise, its nice to look at.

Painted black UNDER it (unless i'm missunderstanding what you mean) to add depth to the image.

Can you suggest a font ? :) This one was the best I found on Dafont imo.

I like the black thats worked into it. It adds a nice contrast. And as far as the text goes, its sleek and I like it.

And no, I cannot suggest a font because I dont know what font style you wanted, and DaFont has thousands of great fonts, I cant see this being the best one! And not just the font, the bevel, etc on it too.

looks better, however the shadow (or whatever it's meant to be) on the n and i annoys me
