Dear All,
Hopefully you've noticed MSI's re-opening :)
To be honest, I was a bit sad. I was expecting more response to the re-opening of such an exciting project, but it didn't really come. And so I have to ask, why? What would make MSI more attractive to you?
There is planning for the next part of MSI, the miner, being discussed openly.
There is also discussion on improving the core, by using DDTMs instead of DTMs.
Is the forum structure accessable enough? Intuitive?
We've been thinking of some more ways to get you guys involved.
One of them was to develop money-making scripts, such as an AK-Tanner, which we think would get more people involved both in scripting, testing and using.
Another thing, is that the MSI Core is extremely flexible, meaning that you can pretty much pluck your already made scripts into MSI. I'll be doing this with my guildminer once exams are over.
Also, tutorials on the exact purpose of each function and the reasoning behind it are being written. We felt that this is something that could get more people interested, as it would make it easier to have a general overview of the MSI Include. Do you think it would help you getting more interested?
There have also been talks of adding an MSI Cup. It might happen, if there's enough activity to justify one.
Ultimately, I wanted to ask you: What do you think would get you more involved in MSI?
