Hey guys,

This isn't really MSI-specific, but it always happens when I test out the MSI script, and I can't figure out what's wrong. I'm not sure if it's SCAR or something in the MSI code, but any suggestions/explanations are always welcome.

Anyway, I've been trying to test out power chopping, and whether it's 5 minutes in, or an hour, the script always stops because of this error:

[Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 006CE72A in module 'scar.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFF in line 275 in C:\…\Text.scar

Line 275 is in GetUpText:
[PHP]
Result := rs_GetUpText;
[/PHP]

Ideas?

Well, that looks like a bug in SCAR's rs_GetUpText. (Read of address FFFFFFFF, lol)

Yeah found that slightly odd.

But that doesn't explain why it only happens when running the MSI script. I can run my power chopper without such an error.

Perhaps SCAR simply crashed on a specific background / text.

Perhaps, but I was doing willow logs with both. :confused:

That's pretty much what I was thinking. I'm going to work on the compatibility right now.
