You need SCAR 3.23 by the way.

Even if you already did, do it again. Delete SCAR/SRL. You did it wrong.

I think its not working because when i put the things in the plugin folder, they dont have check marks and only have questionmarks next to them so i guess theya rent working. who do they have questionmarks?

That's not the reason. They have question marks because they don't match up with what you downloaded (this is what is supposed to happen. They weren't there before and so it can't check to see if it's the most up-to-date revision of the file/folder, so it gives a question mark. If you edit a file/folder in an svn download, it changes to a red exclamation mark. This is fine, as long as you know what you're doing. ;)), but it's nothing to worry about. I can do team viewer with you if it's fast.
