I am not sure about the second question. All I know is that I legitimently purchase full 100 hours.

This has been discussed many times.
Yes, this is legal. He is not selling a script, he's just selling an auth key to a script which he has already paid. No-one is losing money, no-one's scripts are being abused.

um, how useful is the MTA for gaining mage levels. Like how much experience can you obtain from 70 hours in there, and how much money would be spend to do so?

you can get btp in 15 hours, its pretty good. However enchantment could be better but w/e it works. I would suggest you watch it set up graveyard a bit.
