Cb: 35.
It's a somewhat "starter" obby mauler, but it can equip the maul, and I haven't leveled ranged or magic because it's easier to level slayer with them iirc. The account has never been member and has only had 1 password. It has not been botted on for ~3 weeks so it's unlikely that it would get banned. If you want I could bot the prayer to 31, although that's really just a minor thing (~1-2 hours). It doesn't have much gold on it but it's easy to farm, and I can farm some (preferrably after the deal) once RSBot is up again.
If nothing else you can just bot the account some gold and the strength up to 70 and you should be able to easily sell it for 20-35$.
If necessary I can also include some random account(s) I've botted/goldfarmed on with 1-10M and some skills (I have lots of them).
OR
I can offer 8M (or more) RSGP, but I don't know any transfer method, so it'd be difficult.
Post if you're interested and I'll pm you my msn.
