Hello RSBot,

RSBot has been put up at:
http://www.rsbot.hk

As you might have heard Qauters currently has legal issues with Jagex. He therefor had to take the server down and can no longer do anything for the cheating scene. Qauters didn't want to give the database etc, because it would make him involved, luckily enough there where multiple people with access to the database

I've taken over the site together with gold4rs.com, we are currently working on getting the rsbot.org domain as well (thank god, Qauters didn't own that one).

We are currently working hard to develop an updater for RSBot and we are nearly finished, because Qauters deleted everything related to RSBot and he isn't even allowed to give his updater we had to do it ourselves.

What does this mean for you, basically nothing! The site will run by the current admin team and I won't really interfere with it, we just wanted the site to continue.

The svn will be hosted on our site, located at dev.rsbot.hk, we will add a few developers with commit access again.

Please tell everyone you know about this new location (rsbot.hk), so that the site will be back to active soon!

With all due respect, is there really a reason for this to be posted at SRL forums?

Who ever cares about RSBot already follows up on it.

We don't really need sites advertising on our forums.

I do for one, but see as your only a junior mem… yet admin of rsbot… I think it seems kinda sketchy. And that you have a domain suffix i have never heard of… hk?

I'm not implying anything but I'm not going to jump for joy at a possible hack attempt, but i would trust rsbot.org and I do already use timers link which i found the other day. MHTY is amazing and has like 30 scripts to do Anything you could possibly want.

I'm just saying that I don't see any real 100% proof that rsbot.hk is genuine… not to be mean.

I wouldn't trust this until some people with some knowledge can shed some light on this.

Hmm, some of this I know is made up. As the new chinese guy took over, he surely didn't have quarters update, then give to him? Heck the chinese guy implemented new ways of loading.

I prefer http://avalanebot.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ its rsbot, from avalane.org, a site where the Majority of Rsbot admins are. They renamed it avalane bot though. If you simply register there, you would see that really, the same staff of rsbot.org are admins there.

I hope they stay dead for a while. Cause what they gave to RS was more bad then good…

Idk about the whole rsbot topic… I appreciate this news however because I Like to know whats going on, but i HATE rsbot(from a legit pov.) I mainly only play legit. 100% legit on my main. I don't bot much, but I hate rsbot because of how many people use it. Price changes ect. Srl is great because it doesn't impact the game as much(well, the runes because of the ali raper, but i have 99 mage so i don't mind.).

Yea you are right ;) They even copied all the usernames/passwords so you didnt have to register all over again.

They just uploaded the database from Rsbot.org.
This is legit.

Yes it is. The owners changed from Quarters in Netherlands to Wang (or w/e the name is) in China :)

lol, the passwords having been transferred is what convinces me. :D but mhty says it needs update… anyone one else getting this, i used it this morning so it happened this afternoon
