Well they can see almost everything right now. Just as much as me, besides Simba. But I thought that that'd be changed.

Perhaps an outline of changes to be made could be written up formaly now so it can be seen.

Also, I think we should close what is visible to non-registered. At least for the time being. Perhaps just show the login screen a nice message stating that we are cirrenty undergoing some changes so to login or standby for reopening of registrations.

+1 to N2. I think it's very misleading and frustrating to see everything, go into the forums, then not be able to see the threads. :<

I disagree. I enabled viewing certain threads even if you don't have an account. There's no point in hiding them, especially since the google spider will index them anyway…

is there an estimation on how long we will be private?

E: ex. 1 month -> 1 year -> 2 weeks?

Someone said that WT-Fakawi said that going private had nothing to do with rsbot and suits. Is that entirely true? I'm positive that it would intimidate me. Especially if I had a whole community to look after

We are going private for several reasons. The legality is not one of the major ones. The largest is because of the necessary clean up and reorganizing this place needs.

agrees with suggestion of formal change list. This would be a great time for any specific people to suggest add-ons or whatnot changes to the forums like what happened when the forums first came back after going villavu

I have no idea at all why that would require SRL to be closed. All it takes is a plan, the restructuring can be done in a couple of hours downtime? No need to close registrations completely for weeks just to move a few forums around….I thought it was to do with the closing/impending closing of the other botting communities.

I'm pretty sure the restructuring is going to be gradual, so as not to confuse too many people.

I was under the impression it was going to be sudden, large changes. Hence why the forums are going to be closed for awhile.

What do you guys mean with clean up ? Like deleting older / outdated threads ? Really dont know what you guys wanna ''clean up''. please tell me :)

Clean := Fix/Change as much as possible in Time Allotted :D. As long as I can c the tutorials im happy :D

I hope updates are nice :) And i think it's OK To close Regs, but still would be nice that people could view some threads.

…Registration disabled by administrator… hmm, what could that possibly mean, … don't worry, chances are he/she is just a leecher anyway. we have like 600 active members out of like 60 thousand. all except that 60 are leechers. well most of them because some are inactive.

That's kind of what were aiming for isn't it?

That way, when SRL 5 ans Simba are released SRL will hopefully open back up to the public and flourish. That's what I thought the goal was at least.
