Because it's his program. He wants people to use his site to obtain it. It makes sense.

I don't like this thread for a number of reasons.

1) You can get this off Freddy's site http://freddy1990.com/svn/scarprerelease
2) People need to learn how to set up their own folder
3) Every single time, SCAR and/or SRL and/or Reflection are updated their folder will not be updated.
4) What the hell happened to our "No pre-packaged SRL/SCAR posting" rules?

We have these rules for a reason. I don't like them being neglected.

Who cares if Freddy doesn't allow this? It includes more than just SCAR in there.
