It's because Simba uses ClickMouse with different parameters to Scar.
For Scar, the last parameter is a boolean - true or false. For Simba, it's an integer. To fix it, change true to mouse_Left and false to mouse_Right, eg
ClickMouse(5, 9, True);
becomes
ClickMouse(5, 9, mouse_Left);

They are outdated ;) (or not so good) I'd advise you to stay away from these scripts.
Any script that still uses ClickMouse is considered unsafe by us, either because it is way outdated or because it generally shows that is was done by someone who is very new to the community and therefore is unlikely to script with our (autoer) safety standards, as we have been using SRL's Mouse() for a long time.
My suggestion: Look for more recent scripts ;)
Edit: Major fail, didn't notice these were the Simba forums, and thought they were just the normal help forums >.>

When i make a script i never use srl and i can not see why this is such security vunerability.

I tought simba woud support the same commands as scar.

It supports most of the commands Scar does and in most cases in the same way.
However, with ClickMouse, it's better to use it like Simba does since you can include middle clicking - Scar has a whole range of identical mouse functions simply to middle click. For most people though this won't be a problem since they use SRL functions, which have already been patched to support Simba.

I see simba compile a pretty large script in 15ms while scar does the same in 67ms if this is accurate then im impressed.
what language is simba coded in ?

Pascal, I think. And SCAR is coded in Delphi. And tom, it's ALWAYS a good thing to use SRL for RuneScape scripts. :)
Here are a few reasons why:
ClickMouse clicks at well above human speeds. And we do know that Jagex can monitor clicks. If you get reported (or even not reported, there's no hard evidence that supports them looking at this stuff as as much as they want, and to anyone they want, but it's definitely possible) then chances are you'll get banned MUCH faster than if you were using good ol' Mouse(), because Mouse clicks and moves humanly.
SRL has tons of anti-ban procedures in it. You can use these for a better chance of not getting banned.
Anti-random functions can solve most randoms, so you can auto for much longer times (this also reduces chance of ban significantly).
And there are many many more reasons why, but I'm much more occupied with talking to this girl about her adventurous night the other day. ;D

Simba/MML is coded in FreePascal which is an Open Source version to Delphi. Its the future of Delphi as far as I'm concerned. It allows for compiling for any OS as well.
