Please refrain from being immature, I'm serious.

I would just like to know whether you people think that natural or implanted breasts look (feel?) better.

I prefer natural pretty much always. Implanted are just so artificial, and fake, and you can almost tell when someone has them and just knowing they aren't real is a turn off for me.

I probably even prefer small NATURAL breasts compared to implants.

What about you guys?

Natural, the girls with implants should be more sure about themselves. It's not all about the breast size. And as you say I would prefer small natural breasts compared to implants. That makes a girl real.

It becomes a different story when a woman had breast cancer or something like that. Then it would be a good alternative.

Considering I prefer breasts to be on the "small" side anyway, I'd have to go with natural.

Natural, but I have seen really really nice fake ones.

I like most boobs. Only felt natural ones though. I prefer them to be smaller when exposed, but medium-large look nice in clothing and add to a potentially nice overall shape.

One the pure topic of boobs, I do not know. i have never seen nor felt (live) implanted breasts as far as I am aware and therefore have no means to compare them.

Theoritically, I've noticed that I'm fine with most kinds of boobs, and therefore find implants unnecessary. Adding on to this, i'd have to agree with MK, someone who gets implants is lacking confidence (or was) and therefore still has a weak personality point there and would most likely not be my kind of girl.

Natural of course, but with my back ground in body modification, I have met a lot of people with implants. I don't judge someone for wanting to change their body if they are not happy with it, but I agree with the general consensus, that there is such a thing as "To Much of a Good Thing"…

and just for R0b0t…I started bar tending at a strip club in Atlanta Ga USA when I was a teenager…Sunday nights the club hosted "Chicks with D!cks" cabaret show with transvestites…they ask me to bring a round of drinks in their dressing room….mind you, I'm a small town farm boy, so when I walked into a room filled with naked guys, with bad implants and their wieners duck taped to their legs, my embarrassment was evident that I had never seen anything quite so bizarre in my life…of course they asked me to stay, and any concerns for my sexuality were confirmed there on the spot as I through the drink platter on the counter and RAN OUT !!!! :p

I actually don't know anyone with implants, maybe in Canada they aren't as popular. With that said implants look nice on my computer screen…

Yeah I personally dont know anyone with implants either, but 95% of the time when watching porn I decide not to/skip videos if the girls have implants.
I've also seen some videos before/after certain girls got implants, and in EVERY CASE (no matter what the previous/new size was), BEFORE was better BY FAR.

I have Medical News Today saying that the most common surgery (aka operation) in the world is the cataract removal surgery.

I also found Best Syndication to say that breat augmentation is the most common plastic surgery, note that augmentation and reduction are not the same.

Please see Table 2 from The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, which corroborates with my first source's information.

Natural feels better, but fake can look better. I mean, too fake just looks weird, but yeah.

I agree with Robot, actually. :p I much prefer breasts in a bra (preferably push up.. mmm cleavage.. :3) than out and about. Unless she's on her back and sex is going on. x] But normally, just looking/feeling, I'd rather them be kinda out and perky and all, and not saggy, like natural breasts tend to get. Especially with age/kids..

I have never felt one, but when I 'look,' I prefer the same as you :)

If implanted breasts are covered up, they look great and fine (pretty much just as good as any other breasts the same size with a push up bra).

But once the clothing if off, I can very often tell weather a pair is real or implanted, and knowing they are not real, and just bags of goop with skin over them (along with the look of being implanted) just kills it for me.

I just accept the fact that duh, breasts get droopy after age/babies, but I'd still prefer some droopage compared to fake implanted look.

That is why you must turn off your X-Ray vision, grasshopper, and turn on your dick.

while some of those comments may be true like the scar line one(and if such things cant be seen on a specific girl(which im sure happens else no one would get them)), then that would negate that comment for people such as them, and then the rest are just people like in here that have no clue either way, but naturally assume that natural is better. In such, i think it would be interesting to take a whole bunch of perky naturals and some implanteds and do a really big blind survey and see if people can actually tell. Too bad that's not gonna happen any time soon :(.
