60 mining, 60 wc, and rest of skills range between 20 and 40 lol

I want to play legit on this account to lvl up some skills and get some GP, but does anyone buy accounts like these?

Worth quite a lot, don't sell it.

Back when RS2 was first introduced there were ways around it. So this is possible.

on topic: I would hold onto that account for a little bit longer. I would price check on a larger black market site like sythe

You could choose between Magic, Combat or Collector (or Miner.. I can't remember) or something like that. If you choose Collector then you didn't have to use weapons

Get a 99, then its worth close to $90(depends on skill).

I was looking at threads in the past couple weeks for 9hp accounts. The sellers wanted about $40 but they were getting offers around $25, so I think you'd need some luck to get to at least 40.
