Annoying Windows errors?

Hey guys,

Not sure if this is just because Vista fails at a lot of things, but I've gotten this several times when testing out my Draynor Chop N' Bank.

Obviously, I've gotten with other programs, but not nearly as much as I have with Simba. I get it probably 90% of the time when running a script. Sometimes it's an hour in, sometimes 3. I'm interested to know if anyone else using Vista gets the same thing.

This may have nothing to do with Simba, but with something on my machine. Either way, if anyone has an idea, please let me know. Also, don't say switch to Linux. :p

Also, since I made a thread, this comes up 1000s of times in the debug:

Better be using FindMaskTolerance in combination with CreateMaskFromBitmap, more efficient.
Is that in SRL? Because I don't recall using either of those functions in my script.

Thanks,
Coh3n

Yes its srl.

At least that's when you close SMART, and the script is done. Mine occurs during runtime.

And, it's really annoying. XD

What script and Simba build? Perhaps other people can see if they get it too.

I've got XP, i never get this, however I've only run a few scripts within simba.

I ended up basically reformatting my hard drive, and Nava convinced me to switch to Ubuntu, so I'm running on that right now. :p We'll see how everything goes.

Can you not just run Simba through wine?

Yes, but it *would* be nice to run it naitive. If PS would work.. eventually Ben will finish his interpreter though.

You can always run it in VirtualBox. I develop the Windows stuff on the Winblows (That's the name I gave it… :p) Virtual Machine.

Lol, cleaver. ;) And yeah, that was another thing I thought of. I've never used a virtual machine before, so I guess I could just try it out.
