Is there any way to get rid of an email address registered to an account without knowing it? Because I just recovered an old account that seems to have been stolen at some point (bunch of my older accounts seem to have been) and noticed that it had an email registered to it, and it appears the only way to get rid of it is to know and have access to the damn email, and I obviously don't because I didn't register it. It'd make sense that when I recover a stolen account the email would be removed too, because recoveries seem to be removed…
TL;DR; Someone stole my account, registered an email to it (I do not know the address, obviously), how do I get rid of it, because recovering my account didn't remove it.

Say to JaGeX that it got hacked and ask them nicely to remove it. Add all recoverys and passwords you remember. IPs date when you made it etc etc
EDIT: RAM, that would only work if you know the e-mail

- Enter your Password like Normal..
- *Note, you MUST have a Email Registered to Continue..
- Scroll down, the Click on;
- 'If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking here.'

What is the email? You could trace it to a facebook / myspace to see who stole it..

Have you tried it, it doesn't say anything about having to know the email in the tutorial ?

Not in the tutorial but that tutorial doesn't show the whole process.. Try it yourself :)
I was away for a few days but I'm back now..

I think they've changed it since that tutorial because when I tried that it asked me for the email and some code. I guess the only way is to contact Jagex.. *sigh*

Hmm, I wonder if you can "recover" the account from yourself if it will delete it ?
