I was just thinking, now that the SSRL rank is in our titles, some are very long, or unclear. For example, I've seen a lot of people wonder what an MSI PM/SL was, and Cazax's title is MSI SL/PM/SSRL, which IMO looks ugly and just a bunch of letters that aren't really explained. Rather than telling people what they mean, why not make the title clear enough so they don't have to ask. Makes sense, no?

I say change Scripting Leader to MSI Developer, and Project Manager to MSI Manager.

I think that basically a big thread about MSI just needs to be made :p

Rather than change the title to something understandable make them understand the title.

I think that since we all worked on this it should probably be put up to a vote, not my decision.

I'd say release it to SRL Members then, hopefully, in time release it to the public.

On Topic: I don't think it matters that much, I would make a thread about it all in the hidden MSI forum, but I dread a repeat of the kerfuffle that me and NCDS caused a while ago (heh) :p

Also, it doesn't really matter, I just think it looks/sounds better, and is understandable.

Yup. They'll need cleaning up. Once it's ready for release I'd say.

our mini script should be working really well before that happens. We do not want to leave a bad impression.

I agree with Blumblebee. We are very close. I'm testing it with those 8 accounts right now. We'll see how they went when I get home from hockey.

Heh. Do remember that this is a staff like decision, and so although i give you all the leeway you want to actually go and make a poll about it, final decisions is still the staffs ;)

And I disagree with the names.

So far you guys have indeed been the only ones developing MSI, however the longer term plan is for you guys to lead other members, which is why I saw the name Scripting Leader to be more fitting in the first place.

secondly, MSI Manager suggests you are running the whole thing. MSI Project manager suggest you are managing one project. Not sure which would be most accurate in the future. Will consider :p

I won't be doing any yelling. It's a reasonable suggestion. As I said, I'll obviously consider it, and let you guys discuss it. If there are good arguments other than 'it looks cooler' it might very well get implemented ;)

Well my main argument was that it made more sense for it to be "Developer", but as you said, MSI will be developed by many people, we are just the only ones able to commit. However, isn't that the same as SRL developers? The public help fix bugs/come up with new ideas and the Devs make sure they're good enough, and if they are, they commit them.
