I'm getting this error,and I'm not sure what i need to do to fix it.

Make sure you moved your plug-ins. Go to your SRL folder and move the plugins from " Place inside plug-ins folder" into scar's plug-in folder.
E.X.
Includes > SRL > Place inside plugins folder. Copy and paste all contents into the SCAR Plugin folder in the directory.

Do you have the latest SCAR pre-release and Open-Dev SRL?
Look at the tutorial in my signature, IceFire's tutorial, or Coh3n's.
