It allowed you to essentially turn 1 unenchanted bolt into 12 enchanted bolts. Expect dragon, diamond and ruby bolts to drop in price. Not onyx because you can alch those for like 8k.

And yes, people were making like 60m-100m/hr, market may be in the position of getting its butt rammed if you get what im saying ;).

Yeah, got all my info about it. Some people are so retarded.
