Raymond, I commited X11 Error Handling.

Now we can simply check for errors with ReceivedError, GetError and ResetError.
This raises a new question. How will we report the errors?

- Throw exception IN the function that causes the error. (GetMousePosition, SetMousePosition, ReturnData, etc) We will need try… except if we want to catch exceptions, always.
- Check for exception after the function call. If it is appropriate to throw exception, throw it.
