I believe there is something I don't know in this method but I'll let you tell it to me:
Both accounts enter a POH (Player Owned House) and go to the kitchen, which has a Chef's Delight barrel.
The recipient then gets an inventory full of Chef's delight and sells them to the sender for 110K per inventory. Tadá, the recipient has just gained 110K, and the sender will lose the delights when he leaves the building so he loses the exact same amount of money than the recipient gets.
To speed this to the max, the sender would trade 28 beer glasses to the recipient and buyes the filled glasses of delight at the same time. While the recipient is filling the new glasses, the sender teleports to CW and gets 28 empty beer glasses and repeat.
Let's assume 1 load takes 40 sec = 0.66 minutes.
60/0.66 = 90 loads per minute.
One load = 28*3.939 = 110,292gp.
90*110,292 = ~1M per hour.
