I hope this is the right place to post this. I have been reading tutorials and studying scripts trying to learn how everything is put together and how everything works. Now I just need one thing, what is a good kind of script to make for my first script? I was thinking of a Draynor Willow cutter and banker since most of my characters are already there and it seems kind of simple since there's not much walking.
I'd say you're pretty much good to go with something like these:
Alcher
Chopper & Banker
Powerchopper
Miner & Banker
Powerminer
If you are going to create a powerchopper for Willows, there is a spot in Port Sarim where there are four Willow trees. Amazing spot for powerchopping. All the trees are relatively close to each other too.

For your first script, I would suggest that you do not go with banking.
My first script was a Power Chopper so I suggest that you make that first.
If you can get that to work out well with anti-bans added to it, then you could be able to make it better by adding banking.

Power Woodcutter, Power Miner stuff like that, I also suggest a High alcher, Teleporter, Fletcher, stuff where it requires little to minimum walking.

Ok, I think I'm going to do a power cutter for Willows in Remmington. Now I just need to figure out cutting and dropping procedures. Anyone know of a good tutorial for them? Or if anyone wants to help me, my msn is on my profile. Add in that your in SRL so I know just in case I forget lol. First question, what is the best way to find the willows on the main screen?

Well, I would suggest using TPA's, but if that is too complicated right now, there is a nifty function called FindTPA i believe.
