i wrote this because i figured it would be faster to use a dll then a function inside of scar to process 10k+ colors, thx benland for the help

this now works, and its uses is to convert hsl values into scar color codes
instructions: function HSLScarness(hh,ss,ll:integer):integer;

just download dll and put in plugin folder, if u wish to view the source download the .dpr to make sure there is no virus's in it, and if u dont trust me u can compile the dll urself :-)

I dont see why it shouldnt work in SCAR but Im also not a delphi genius…
