Can someone post, or link me to, a working scar .zip or .rar file? I cannot use the scar installer because i do not have administrative access to the machine i currently wish to work on.

You can't SVN download SCAR from: http://freddy1990.com/svn/scarprerelease

If you can't do either of those two, then I don't think there's any way a zip/rar file would help….? Since it would just be a scar.exe installer, which might also ask for admin privileges… :/

SCAR and SRL are both SVNed now.
Get SCAR from that SVN and SRL from
http://www.villavu.com/repositories/srl-opendev

download the portable scar to get the missing dll's, I had the same problem.

Is there an svn for portable scar?

does this work? change the file extensions back to .dll?

Luna is going to be the new SCAR version, its far from complete, don't worry about it.

Also Wizzup/People are working on SIMBA (another 'version' of SCAR)
