It shouldn't take long to login.. Do you have SCAR 3.23 and the newest SRL (dev rev)?

Open SCAR. What does the title say?
If you have the right version then it should say "untitled - SCAR Divi 3.23 Beta by Freddy1990"

its 3.22 i thought it was 3.23
can you give me the link to the newest version
