I bought a iPod Touch 3g 8gig.. (I know, it's 2g with update thingy).
However, I want to jailbreak it, but I have no clue what's best to do and where to find cool stuff :garfield:
Google leads me to weird sites, so I was hoping one of you fellows could help me out :p

Why not blackra1n? AFAIK it works fine with Hackulous + Installous :spot:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a compatibility issue with ipod touch 3g 8gb models and blackra1n?

Exactly why I didn't want to do this on my own..
I don't laike messing up newly bought stuff.
Geohot's tools aren't exactly the best. For 1.x firmware he released "ZiPhone", which changes the MAC address of every IDevice to the same thing, which could cause problems.
