No, that's just Windows in general.

There was a Reliability and Stability Update that made it less reliable and stable just a bit ago. Also, Server 2008 is Vista and Server 2008 R2 is Win7

Same here no problems at all other than the computer I have W7 on sucks and my better ones dont even run windows rofl.. virtual machines ftw!

2008 is based on windows 7 it's the same kernel. 2008 is very slick and easy to use.
