The Man has for some time been putting quite some effort into helping out newbs, working with them and so on. It is the first person that has done it ith some sort of structure such as JNR POMS. I think this effort and innovation should be recognized somehow. I'd think a custom title. Any ideas?

Note: I am not saying that he is a good teacher or such, as I don't view his scripting abilities high at all. But he is teaching some new guys the basics in out-of-the-ordinary ways, such as team work, and actual group work.

Bear :)

It's good that he wants to teach, but as you said, he needs to learn some things himself first. No title; I think the bear is good :)

Woops, I thought he alraedy had it! :p
