Doesn't religion say something about "Loving thy neighbor," or something? ;) He made a mistake by not looking at the window. And you made a mistake by (1.), using Windows, and (2.), assuming others on a programming forum would think that it's uncommon for Windows to fail. :)

I think he thought you were making fun of windows, and that you preferred linux (affectionately called a "linux fag" on the internet), thus you were expressing the failure of a windows system, and attempting to prove that linux is superior.
But I am fairly sure it was not an insult directed towards you.

x] Obviously you don't know about 4chan.. :p Internet superheroes and cyber terrorists use "fag" as a suffix to just about anything. Newfag, oldfag, fagfag, winfag, linuxfag, macfag, etc. ^^

And the reason I said religion says something about loving thy neighbor, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be generally interpreted as "love others." And even if you don't love them, you don't have to go off on them about one silly word. :)

I don't have anything against you. Even if it seems so due to the pedophile thread (:p), I think it's good that you talk about your views on it. :) Especially the religious aspects. I pity "atheists" and "agnostics" who only do it so they can be like "hurr durr I'm so f*cking awesome, I'm different from you because I flaunt my "scientific" view on life, even though I secretly cry myself to sleep regularly because I'm afraid of what may happen to me," so I love learning about other religious views on things. I have a Christian Bible and the Book of Mormon in my room, actually. :p
