What food yields the most Health points increased divided by GP it costs. How much actual gp it heals and how much health it heals are irrelevant as long as it can be easily bought on the G.E. would help to know both f2p and p2p.

Monkfish used to be 300-400gp a few months ago (heals 16) now it went up to 500 so idk if its best now. But if it drops back thats the p2p food thats best.

Ok, herring looks like the best. It's F2p, easily obtainable via ge, 2gp/hp, heals 5, costs 10gp.
The reason I am asking is for stuff where when you bank you might need a quick cheap hp heal… like abyssal crafting, agility ect..

IMO, cakes are the best food under those parameters. They cost 140 coins at the moment, and they heal 12 hp in total, so they don't clutter your inventory. Also, with some time and a little money you can turn them into chocolate cakes, which heal 15 hp. And also, in my experience, cakes buy almost instantly in the G.E.

You can buy wines, which cost like 20 gp or something, heal 12 HP and when you drink them you get a empty jug. Empty jugs are worth like 80 gp. Only problem is they reduce your attack by like 2.
