Hey guys,
I realize most of you will probably be unable to answer this, but it would be nice to know.
I bought a Video Card from Newegg about a year ago. Recently, when it was updated to Nvidia's 191.07 drivers, it became unstable (http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=151471, http://www.google.com/search?q=nvidia+191.07+driver+problems&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls). Downgrading to the previously stable version of the driver did not fix it.
I called EVGA to RMA it, and they say that since it was not registered within 30 days of purchase, no warranty ever existed.
Is this legal in the state of New York?
