SRL Archive - Outdated / Broken

This Script traps Tropical Wagtails with one birdtrap. Use it to level your Hunting from 19 to to 30+. It is designed with a lot of care, so there are no wacky mouse movements or suspicious actions from the player. This is a work in progress. I will update it as more of my Players become Member :)

• Place your Player at any Tropical Wagtail Bird Hunting spot.
• Have one birdtrap in invspot 1-24 and have reserve traps in spot 25-28.
• This script is NOT designed for MultiPlayer. Use one Player only.

This simple script Hunts Tropical Wagtails. Make sure you have one Birdtrap somewhere in invslot 1-24. Have some spare ones in invslot 25-28, as this script will log you out whenever trouble occurs, and slot 25-28 are not actively involved in birdtrap checking. The script is based around rather large Deformed Bitmaps.
Use a Ring Of duelling to trransport you to Mobilising Armies. It is just a little walk up from there.


Features:

• Absolute no wandering. Stays put at one place
• Monitors the distance of any surrounding Legits. Will switch on autoresponder if Legit are near.
• Uses Deformed bitmaps, so they will only work in the Tropics. I haven't tried in anywhere else, but pretty sure it won't work
• Uses only one Trap. It can be done with more traps, but the meat and the bones seriously get in the way.
• Inventslot 24-28 are used for spare traps just in case. So bring 5 traps with you.
• No wierd mouse movement whatsoever. Pretty sure this one is undetectable.

Manually train until 9, go to the Woodland Hunting Area and replace DeadBird with this:

EDIT: You can start with this script anywhere in the trapcycle; full, fallen, doesn't matter. Just remember to have only one trap visible in the upper 24 slots. You may have upto 4 spare traps stacked in the bottom row.

It is very hard to keep track of 4 Box Traps. IMHO it can only be done in a cross formation, with 4 traps. Wizz has tried, but once the trapfinder was able to see track 4 traps, we slowly wandered off. Also ignorant legits spoiled the fun with their feeble traps :) But it is vital you stay put when hunting, and here is not much to callibrate on in the hunting areas.

I recently looked into Box Traps, did some boxes manually, just for the fun of it, but immidiately started making screenshots and started coding, finding bitmaps etc. *Sigh* I will never be able to play this game in a "normal" way :)

Manually stopped because I wanna test out the MFT.

Ran it this morning….still works flawless….though you occasionally loose a trap. Make sure you have spare traps in slot 25-28

Nah trying to think of a method that makes SCAR count….brakes my head. It's the darn legits that really screw up.

well i just tried to test it and it wouldnt click on the snare once it had caught one
it wouldnt even click it if it got set off, or when it was lying on the ground
it just says

it is clicking because it sets up the trap

Do you use them in the jungle? Because they only work in the jungle. The deformed bitmaps are made for the green mainscreen background color.

Was this intentional, or not? To me, it looks like a HUUUGE mistake that will probably ban whoever ran this for an extended period of time..

Shut: move your campos up to highest angle. I took out callibrate, but there turned out to be nothing to callibrate. You might want to put the WTUp again at script startup :)
Harry: The movemouse(0,0) is relative, not absolute, no? I am looking for deformed bitmaps and not for colors, so it isnt clicking on a precise color.

But it's a bloody MoveMouse! :( It's an instant move to a location…no spline at all.. even if Jagex can't detect mouse movements (which I am sure they do and can), MoveMouse is NOT superiour to MMouse.

Method already proved to me that they can track mouse moments. I would recommend using a modified wind mouse perhaps? :o

True. Can't illustrate the scripting confusion better than this.

On the other hand:

Touch Screens, Pens and Touchpads, all do not move the mouse with a spline. Instant mouse's from point a to point b. And WindMouse is not compatible with S.M.A.R.T. on my system that is.

But it's a bit sneaky if they see you using Windmouse, then using a mouse like a touch-pad :)

Didn't someone show that MoveMouse isn't actually a ban on its own?
