no you wouldn't, not to transfer the gp, but he might mean how do you plan on selling it, such as, one of the most common, paypal. For 202M, and no so great stats and a few quests, I personally would pay maybe like 50 bucks for it, but I tend to offer way less than it should be, but I don't buy accounts, but the GP should make it worth decent money, if you sold 1M for 1 dollar you could make 200 bucks off selling the account, then maybe some more for stats and quests. But who would pay 200 bucks for RuneScape?
