i passed the class, not only do i get my insurence prices cut in half, but i dont have to wait in line/ take the test at the MVD. :D

Does Arizona have a learner's permit system? And if so, did you already take the written test?

I can't imagine someone not having to take the actual driving test, even if they took a course (I had to take them and still had to take the test).

Nice nice Gratz! I finished my drivers ed course last febuary when I was 15. Waited till July (when I turned 16) to get my provisional license. Then when Im 17 I can get my FULL license.

I got my full license when I was 15, 6 years ago, took me a year and a half to get a car though.

yeah, they have the learners permit, and i passed the written part :p

and if you get the propper documentation that says "you did 6 hours of driving with a certified drivers ed teacher, you dont have to take the mvd test" ect ect

That sounds like a pretty good deal, then. I had to drive with an instructor for six hours and take the driving test.
