To prevent large drops in profit for autoers, please sell autoed goods at mid-max and buy raw materials at min-mid.

Cigue's Projectile Fletcher

Currently supports :
-Darts
-Bolts
-Headless arrows
-Complete arrows

Does not support fletching completed arrows. It's easy for me to implement, but I won't unless someone wants me to.

Features :
-AntiBans and AntiRandoms
-Breaks
-Multiplayer
-DTMs
-All metals and all arrows
-Proggies.

Be sure to report any bugs in this thread ! This is my first script and I am genuinely glad to release it to you guys and everyone who helped.

This script is very basic and probably won't need updating until inventory picture for bolts and feathers change. It uses DTMs as a failsafe and uses InvMouse to click.

Hooray you finally released it :D. I still think that the boltsmade in your proggy is broken. I'll test that for ya once I get 52 fletch :)

Cigue

Brah there is no more value boltsmade, I replaced it with a player related integer array :)

Yay! You finally released it! Looks good bro, here's a little tip with your cases. Drop the begin…end down a line like this:

20:
begin
GameTab(tab_Friends);
Wait(1000 + Random(500));
GameTab(tab_Inv);
end;
20..40:
begin
MMouse(Random(MSX2-MSX1)+MSX1, Random(MSY2-MSY1)+MSY1, 0, 0);
Wait(random(1000));
MMouse(Random(MIX2-MIX1)+MIX1, Random(MIY2-MIY1)+MIY1, 0, 0);
Wait(250+random(250));
end;
end;

Keep it up! :)

Looks nice. Is there any profit making bolts now days? or at least break even?

Currently at 93 fletching, only 6 lvls till 99, currently doing yew longs (~700k profit/10k strung). Bolts are faster xp but don't want to lose tons of money.

brah, bolts are about 15 gp profit per bolt, makes 16k an hour

EDIT Thanks to all who repped me and are currently trying on the script ! Be sure to report if you see any possible improvements :)

Updated! Now works like a charm. Extremely simplified the original design, the new version is half the length and twice the stability of the older version.

This still is good money :)

Gah I refrained from releasing mine due to how easy this could be over botted.

Please be careful people. Luckily Jagex put a cap on how many feathers you can buy (the ones that matter).

Good stuff Cigue :)

Is the exp on this better then fletching bows?

Its possible. Due to how fast you can do this. I haven't timed it yet to see how much xp/hour it is (with my own script not this one).

Okay thanks I'm just looking to make some money because magic longs are killing me currently.

Cigue

2010-07-12 16:25:51

It's a little money loss, about 0-100k gp per hour, depending on the bolts you choose. You can make 15k bolts per hour, which is a pretty decent ammount of xp (about 60k for mith bolts?)

Becks

runs great but i still need to find myself a bow fletcher.

how could you tweak this to work with darts? there is alot of money in dart making atm… and with savy smither script its real easy.

Cigue

Added darts! I need a tester though. Sharpy, will you PM me?

Alright, I am testing your headless arrow maker.

First off, thank your for making this public.

Second, it doesn't let you fully make all 10 batches of headless arrows sometimes. It also miss clicked on the make 10.

Probably not hard, but I think it is cool that it just knows what you are going to use it for.

After first mess up, now it is logging me in, selecting feathers, using with shafts, then its like "crap!" and logs out. Dno why.

I have not tested this script yet but I am posting this sort of preemptively. I just wanted to post my first impressions of the script from just looking at the code.
-Slim up the main line and move all of that code into a clean procedure that you can call within the main line cleanly.
-Provide clear instructions to users, provide little comments within the code in a clean fashion (I like how SRL does it, a nice clean header

I will edit after I have given it a run :)

Edit:
I ran the headless arrow maker because all I had were arrow shafts and feathers, no dart tips.
Made 60 headless arrows and I got this:
Found Headless Arrows raw material
Found Feather
Couldn't find Headless Arrows in chatbox, exiting
Successfully executed.
The following DTMs were not freed: [1, 2, 3]

Also you should add support for completed arrows ;)

Becks

"but wait there's more" soon everything fletcher.

Alright! This is MUCHHHHHH better.

I only made 5k Headless arrows, but this seemed smooth. Before I go any further, I must thank you for working with me.

My only suggestions for this script would be:

Slow it down just TINY bit more, or direct me to the line where I can add an extra 500 or so wait.

And make it hit "continue" when you advance a fletching level.

Both of those are almost not necessary, especially the whole "continue" thing seeing as how fletching headless arrows gives 1 exp per shaft and feather lol.

Anyway, it looks really good. Will come back when I have a few more supplies to give it a full test with.

Can you give me an accurate estimate of how many miliseconds I should slow it down? 500 sounds good IMHO, but I'd like to know what you think since you definitely have made WAYYY more arrows than I have.

Also, this is a simple and rugged script, the only thing that could cause it to bug is faulty implementation of the headless arrows, but as you've made 5k I figure that this one's fine.

I'm currently working with EvilChicken! on adding full arrows fletching support, stay tuned :)

I think 500 is whats needed. It makes like 8-10 as it is, but usually wont make it to 10. Your right about headless arrow making lol. I have made over 500k headless arrows legitimately, and so far 15k botted via your bot.

Even while you're clicking new ones, it still makes 1 more batch of 15 anyways. So I think an extra 500 after it clicks "make 10" is all you need.

EDIT: I don't want to double post, but I have now done about 50k headless arrows. Aside from not finishing 10 full sets of 15, this thing is absolutely wonderful. +1,000,000 for you.

Thanks for the headless arrows =D i'll try this out and post some proggies soon

Works great so far i've made about 25k headless arrows and counting :)
Thanks!

I'll add full arrows support soon, but for now I added the Wait(500) MisterSnow told me about.

For some reason, version 2.5 has an extra "end;" in the procedure Misc_ProgressReport; ;)
