An appeal for autoing…

I like to auto, but I don't like getting banned. Could you un-ban me? I just want to continue to auto. I actually don't even care about this account.

I'll post what I get back from them when they reply to my appeal.

Pfft, did you care for the account? Do you really think that will work?
Silly. It's gone though IMO though haha.

It was only a combat auto around level 60. I don't even care about the account. It was banned over the summer. I just want to see if Jagex uses an automated system for handling appeals.

They do… All of my appeals are handled by a computer, always the same message (dear blablabla, we know you care about your account blablabla).

could be automated message, like, maybe people read appeals and hit a button, "Accept", "Deny", and then an automated message comes up so they save time by not having to write a message out each time, I'm sure they go through a lot of appeals each day.

I got this explanation of why my appeal was denied:

Thank you for sending in your offence appeal - you obviously care about your account, and making sure that you read our rules can help to ensure that you can avoid this situation happening again.

At Jagex, we examine offences and offence appeals very carefully before we come to our final decision.

In this instance, we have found that you were responsible for this offence, and therefore it will remain on your account.

We want you, and every other player, to be positively engaged in our community and the game - if you continue to break our rules, you may reach a point where you are limited to Quick Chat, or even excluded from the game on this account, or any other accounts you have.

What do you do now?

Go here to have a good read of the Rules of Conduct, there is also good advice on ensuring your account is kept secure in our Safety & Security Guidelines, located in the 'Customer Support' section of our website (www.runescape.com or www.funorb.com).

Have fun - enjoy the community and the game - and please don't spoil the experience of your fellow gamers.

Sincerely,

Jagex Customer Support

Wow, nice Irony, writing them an appeal saying you don't care about this account and they answer with "you obviously care about your account". Laughing irl atm.

Thanks Jagex for proving once more how computerised you work :)
