I did the same about a month ago. I was all psyched for 99 attack and strength, but then basketball started and I forgot.

91. I stopped the "serious" runescape playing when I got 91. Getting that kind of burned me out. :)

I did most of it with Abyss. At least to level 80 or so. From 60>70 I actually used a script. The rest was all by hand. I made a World 16 air crafter. Trades with people, crafts runes, and gives them back essence + 2k. People would get used to "me" ( ;) ) being there, and it went pretty well.

From 80+ I did the Zamorak altar. It was (then at least) the fastest way to get experience. I used to race with a friend a lot, and we could race for a long time… ;)

I see =.=. I just buy like 20 glory's (4) and go to the abyss. Pretty slow.
