Is there a way to use the hosting that I am using on BlahBlah.com
on NewDomain.com
?

It depends on your host. Most pay hosting will let you, but most free wont

Well, it doesn't say on the site, but is there a domain manager in the control panel? Plus that site is cheap, I might buy it

Add NewDomain.com as an addon domain in BlahBlah.com's control panel. (That is if your host allows addon domains, and there will probably be a limit to how much you can add)
