help will not runs scripts

i get
Line 5: [Error] (13:11): Unknown identifier 'SmartIsKeyDown' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.22\includes\SRL\SRL\misc\SMART.scar
SMART.scar is compiled, i just updated my srl to #39

i was running it on vista. The SRL and Includes did not install to the correct folder
