Read this entire tutorial and practice it as it shows the basics of the basics for scripting.
WhoCares357 Unmatched beginners guide

Then read Coh3ns All-In-One guide after as it shows you much more advanced techniques after you have learned the basics fully.

Lol. Coh3n's guide explains beginners to advanced in a quick but skillful way. You should look at his guide after you read WhoCares357's guide for the basics.

It all depends on you how long it takes you to understand it. Practice makes perfect.

I havenØt looked at the guides in a bit, but Iøm sured itøs covered in there…just run compile.scar and if it says sucessfully executed, your good to go… just pick out a script and set up your army and give it a whirl…
