That's not an encryption, that's a Base64 encoded string, like bitmaps in SCAR… When decoded it could be either text or possibly, like in SCAR, compressed text, judging by the length of it, I'd say text…

It was encoded 4 times with Base64.

Also, you won't crack it, as I encoded it for myself. :)

Yeah, the second I saw it I assumed it was base 64 because it normally ends with ==. All you had to do was use a base64 converter (Plenty available on the web) to decrypt it (But it was never encrypted in the first place) so i don't know what you would call it.
