First, read things all the way through before you post…
- When a person is in an unfortunate mood… are they more willing to listen to someone who is skipping around them with a smile or someone who is honestly able to look them in the eye and offer them a hand…
- I think I did a pretty good job at doing just that… and I meant it sincerely…
