Anyone know of a working PDF unlocker?

Ive googled around and tried many solutions and none work.

Being able to edit PDF.

Yea i know i could just PDF > Word.

I don't understand… "Unlocker"…?
You can edit PDF, OpenOffice.org can import them, and then export to them again.
You can't just "natively" edit them.

OpenOffice just gives

Etc.. Theres no PDF to Word that does it properly, it messes up the tables and other things.

The PDF is protected from editing but can print.

And if that doesn't work, you can try PDF Annotator, although that just allows you to add new text and such, it doesn't let you edit what's already there.

Ah yea just tried that doesnt work too well with this PDF.
