To the SRL community,

Due to a number of incidents which are occuring/have occurred recently due to my actions as moderator, I have decided that it is in the best interests of the SRL Staff and the community that I resign my SRL Moderatorship effective immediately.

Everyone,
It has been a pleasure serving as moderator for the past 6 months or so. Thanks for all the kind support. :)

SRL staff,
Sincerest apologies for the drama, the frustration and the misplacement of trust. I hope you still see me as a good person and not as someone who'd purposely try to harm the integrity of the forum.

And as for the people who are asking if this is a good bye thread… well, we'll see…

It's funny how things happen behind closed doors, judging from your tone maybe it's 'none of my business' but was it really that bad to state that we don't really know what is going on? From what I've seen Zeph has done a good job, maybe it's because a lot of us don't see what goes on, but are you really going to blame me for that?

You (and in the general way of 'you') are most definitely not to blame for the fact that you don't know why Zeph chose to retire, however, you have no need whatsoever to know about disagreements and so on in the staff layers.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly.

Better for him to retire than to bring tons more drama around. Thank you for keeping your private problems private, instead of making a public complain thread.

I respect you more than you may know, and I hope that even if you do leave SRL, you will still be on msn to talk about life. Having someone like you to talk to at times means more than you know.

Thanks for all your hard work, Zeph! I hope we'll still see you around the forums.

If this is what I think it is, I still don't believe you should step down. It is depressing to see you move further from SRL… I need to get on MSN more so we can talk.

Zeph, I know you're busy, but when you find the time, dont be hesitant to drop in :)

theres lots of people who would miss you, as the fact that there are no posts such as "bye, hope you never come back loser". :p every post that I saw towards you was positive, you are well liked :)

I dont know what happened, and I dont think i ever will, but obviously no one seems to think any different of you, hence all of the positive posts.
