[Function][SCSS] Update handler

bramble just told me he was working on a massive report (guess which script lol) and it was stopped in its tracks at 65 hours, when it could have gone on for more, due to the quest update.

I was thinking, now that SCSS is much better (thanks Freddy), it would be pretty simple to either detect when you have been logged out due to update, or even look for system update in bottom left corner (can be done in random proc) and refresh the world when you know its time, and continue playing.

It's not that important, because it would only be if you're using SCSS, and only if you really want to auto sunday and monday nights. But still, I think some people could use it.

Now this could cause a problem with interface change updates, and changes to colors etc that the script uses. The first could be solved with a function that goes through the gametabs and makes sure everything is where srl thinks it is. The second would have to be custom made per script I guess.

Eh, now that I wrote the last bit, it seems easier to pause the script on update nights, but it would be nice to run week long scripts.

I'll pencil it in on the very bottom of my to do list, since its not that important, or maybe even worth it, but I'll post it here for you guys to think about it.

I've got about 6 months worth of scripts to write, plus I'll probably just pause the scripts on sun and mon nights anyway. You can go ahead if you want.

I got another little thing someone can do, not worth its own thread. A function that walks from lumby courtyard to the combat instructor and gets the free sword and shield. Or other instructors for their stuff.
